Golf Surveys: How It Works

Our Golfer Surveys are designed to get you the information you need, quickly and easily. We have multiple template surveys available to meet a variety of golf club needs. You simply select the one that works for you.

You then submit some details about your Club, your contact details and place your order. As soon as we receive it, we get to work setting up a new customized survey for your golfers.

You then supply us with a list of your Members and your preferred dates for the survey. We generally recommend keeping your survey open for 7 days, starting on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Two days out you announce the Survey to your Members and tell them to expect our invitation.

On Launch Day we send a personalized invitation to each of your Members with a unique token (to prevent people making multiple responses). We'll also send 2-3 reminders over the next 7 days to improve your response rate.

After we close off your survey we'll collate the statistical data into a detailed PDF report, ready for you to print and publish for you Members, if you want.

We'll also prepare a second report with all written responses. This can often be the most valuable information our Clients get. Because we're a 3rd party operator conducting your survey, your Members will usually be much more frank with their feedback.

We'll also provide a list of all respondents in case you wish to reward your participants in some way. (Highly Recommended!)

The exact schedule will vary depending on your requirements, but our goal is to have your survey complete and all your reports back to you within 14-21 days.
